Refund and Returns Policy

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is the best, customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it.

However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:

• If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 3 Days of delivery.

• We will try and replace the product as soon as possible; there will be no refund offered there will be only exchange of products.

• Each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen.

• Products offered in sale will not be exchanged.

We will inspect all items that are returned and will process a refund within 7 business days provided all items are in delivered.

In situations relating to Nishalika’s Units where the wrong item was delivered or the item was damaged or lost, unless we determine that the basis for such request we will ship a replacement to the customer or process a refund to the customer

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@nishalika.com and send your item to: G-075, Raghuleela Mega Mall, Behind Poisar Depot, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400067.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: G-075, Raghuleela Mega Mall, Behind Poisar Depot, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400067.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive saree, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
